Who We Are
DivineTime36 is a community outreach initiative rooted in faith, knowledge, and self-improvement. We are affiliated with Muhammad Mosque No. 36, located at 203 N. Cloudman St., Charlotte, NC — a pillar of the Black community in Charlotte for decades.
Our name reflects our purpose. Divine time is purposeful time — time spent building yourself, your family, and your community. The number 36 represents our home, Mosque No. 36, and our commitment to that legacy.
Like the bee, we believe every member of a community has a role. The hive only works when everyone works. We gather weekly — in person and online — to study, grow, and build together.
